Annual return NAR1
A Hong Kong limited company must file the annual return (NAR1) within 42 days after the anniversary of incorporation. Late filing can lead to higher fees or penalties, so the company should allow time to check and prepare the information.
Significant Controllers Register
Since 1 March 2018, Hong Kong companies must keep a Significant Controllers Register (SCR) recording the people with significant control over the company, and designate a representative responsible for it. We can help prepare, update and maintain the SCR.
